Golf carts and LSVs in Babcock Ranch
- Florida LSVs may be driven only on streets with a posted speed limit of 35 mph or less, and may cross a faster road at an intersection.
- An LSV must be titled, registered and insured like a car.
- Anyone driving an LSV must have a valid driver license with them.
- Required equipment: headlamps, stop lamps, turn signals, taillamps, reflex reflectors, a parking brake, rearview mirrors, a windshield, seat belts and a VIN.
- A golf cart (top speed 20 mph or less) may only use roads a county or city has designated and signed for golf carts.
