Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping on most* orders. Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase unless the product is custom made to order as noted on product pages or there is a wait time due to supplier delays.

Please note that estimated shipping times may change or vary without notice due to supply chain issues, manufacturing delays, high demand, and other factors outside our control.

We ship to the contiguous 48 states currently. No international shipping. For large item purchases that require freight*, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. Please note we do not charge your card immediately at checkout, we hold the information and capture the payment once details are confirmed.

*items that incur extra freight charges: mobile pizza ovens, saunas, and ready-to-build outdoor kits. As of August 2023, golf carts are shipping free for a limited time. If you are unsure about the shipping on a particular item, let us know in live chat. 

Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method. Made to order items like pizza ovens and golf carts have their own production and shipping timelines that vary due to seasonality and outside factors. Most product pages will include a current estimate for delivery and we strive to keep you update with changes in real time. 

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your package online. We offer tracking numbers for standard carriers like Fedex and UPS. If your shipment is traveling via truck and ocean freight we will not have a traditional tracking number. Instead we will be able to provide estimates for pickup and delivery at each leg of the shipment journey. 

International Shipping

We currently only ship to the United States. We do not ship to other countries at this time. We do not currently ship to Alaska or Hawaii.
