Is Windsong Ranch a golf cart community?
Residents describe it that way: carts are a common way to get around the neighborhood. Check your HOA's rules for any community-specific requirements.
Do I need a driver's license?
Yes. Texas requires a driver's license to operate a golf cart on a public road.
What is the difference between a golf cart and an LSV?
A low-speed vehicle (LSV) is built to federal safety standards, with a VIN, seat belts, lights and mirrors, and is titled and registered like a car. Our carts are built as street-legal LSVs.
