We answer some of the most common questions about our custom made-to-order golf carts.

From order to delivery lead times are currently around 3 months. The first month is production, the second-third month is shipping, final assembly and delivery. 

No we operate remotely across the US, but are based in New York. Our coastal distribution hubs are in Los Angeles, CA & Charleston, SC. 

As of right now, shipping for all golf carts is free with no extra charge for customers in the lower 48 states regardless of zip code.

Each cart is fully assembled and tested by our manufacturer. At this point we send photos of your completed cart (usually after 4-5 weeks). From there, the carts are deconstructed for ocean freight. We receive your cart stateside and reassemble it: the wheels, windshield, roof, seats, fenders, etc. Your cart arrives fully assembled and ready for enjoyment.

Our carts come with a full 5-year warranty on the lithium batteries and a 2-year warranty on the rest of the powertrain. Parts can be ordered through us at any time. If a warrantied part is needed we ship it to you and help get you setup with local service across our network.
